Foam Roller – Lattisimus Dorsi
Part 2 of our mini-series on “How to use a Foam Roller”. Today Luke takes a look at the lattisimus dorsi muscle – more commonly referred to as the “latts”. The latts play a bog role in posture. Too much gym work or desk time can tighten this muscle up, which then results in poor posture and makes way for other injuries thereafter.
