Mount Lawley Physiotherapy and Podiatry accept EPC referrals. These referrals are obtained from your GP and are for chronic conditions. You may be eligible for 5 sessions with our Physiotherapists or Podiatrists for which you will have no out of pocket or a small out of pocket expense depending on practitioner and service.
Only 5 visits can be used per calendar year, you must have a referral to claim this and the referral must have our clinic details listed.
Some conditions which are covered under an EPC are asthma, cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, musculoskeletal conditions and stroke.
Your doctor may think a referral is appropriate if you have been suffering from one or multiple of these conditions for 6 months or longer.
