Lumbar Stiffness

Do you have low back pain or stiffness in the morning and find it hard to get moving?  Then it’s important to spend 2-3 minutes before getting out of bed to perform some basic exercises to help improve your lumbar mobility.  This will help reduce stiffness and potentially any resultant pain.  Furthermore, this will assist if you have a long drive to work or sitting for prolonged periods.  Stay tuned for a video for some lower back exercises to help get you moving for the day.
